DEPOSIT: 1/2 of the rental ( ie, Weekend $300 / Weekly $1,250 ) YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELLATION IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RE-RENT THE HOUSE.
TO RESERVE OUR HOUSE, WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF 1/2 OF YOUR TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT. THE BALANCE IS DUE THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY.
