RATES Winter 2 night minimum October 1 to May 1 (Pay for 2 nights and get a 3rd night free) Week days: $250 Weekends: $300 P/N Weekly: $1,750 Summer 1 week minimum, Friday to Friday during July and August May 1st to October 1st $450 P/N or $3,000 per week (2 night minimum) *all stays are subject to: Lodging tax of 9% Security deposit of $350 (refundable) Cleaning fee of $100 DEPOSIT The deposity is equal to 50% of the rental. Deposit money is non-refundable upon cancellation if we are unable to re-rent the house.The deposit is due when you make your reservation. The balance is due two weeks before your rental time. After receiving all monies we will mail the key to you. CHECK IN & OUT TIMES Weekend check-in is 4 PM-Friday Weekend checkout is 12 PM-Sunday Weekly rental is 4 PM-Friday to 12 PM-FridayThe house sleeps 8 people. We rent to no more than 8. Main floor: 1 bedroom, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 2 double beds. WE PROVIDE Cooking utensils, paper products, eating utensils, soaps, pillows, bed linens, beach blankets, towels. The house is equipped with everything except a DISHWASHER, GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND A HOT TUB. LAUNDRY There is a WASHER AND DRYER AVAILABLE. Renters must wash and replace the linens and towels. PETS Absolutely no pets of any kind allowed. SMOKING You may smoke in the garage or on the deck. Absolutely DO NOT SMOKE in the house we are trying to keep an allergy free environment. PARKING: All vehicles must be parked on our property. No on street parking please.
